|  An Evaluation of Non-Instrumented Drug Test Devices Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Division of Workplace Programs The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of 15 point of collection drug test devices. The results were compared to the Syva EMIT assays run on a Behring Diagnostics ETS analyzer. The Rapid Drug Screen (RDS) was ranked the most accurate multi-drug device for all drugs as compared to GC/MS. Rosita Project
The Rosita Project evaluated point of collection drug test devices for accuracy and user friendliness relative to roadside testing.
Rapid Drug Screen (RDS) was rated "Very Good" for user friendliness , the highest rating given to any of the products. The RDS kit performed well in detecting the drugs and meeting all analytical criteria for a good test .
